I asked for my very grown out mullet to be cut shorter. They didn’t know what a mullet is and instead of asking for a reference picture or more detailed description, spent a total of 5 minutes cutting my hair into a bob then asked how I wanted it blow dried. I told them they hadn’t cut it into a mullet and even after showing them a reference picture had to talk them through how long the hair needs to be in certain places for it to constitute a mullet. I still look like a muppet.
