The only issues I had with my appointment was that the stylist was a bit late and I had to wait in front of the salon as there was no one else available to open. Also I think that the stylist could have been more gentle during the haircut. He did have very good manners and apologized repeatedly for being late and kept good conversation. Also very attentive to detail.

Karen did a very nice cut & blow dry for me which I am very happy with. She is a very nice & chatty girl and overall it was a nice experience. Will go back again.

Karen was amazing! She was honest about how my balayage colour may turn out but I was disappointed it was so orange. Not her fault - but also felt the technique was a little more like ombre rather than balayage hand painted, and the finish felt a bit rushed. Just personal preference really!
