Karen was so lovely and easy to talk to. She made me feel relaxed which is really helpful for me since I suffer with anxiety. Nothing felt rushed and she took her time to give me an overall pleasant experience. She is also THE MOST GENTLE hairdresser I’ve ever been to! I’ve had other professional stylists that have been so rough that my eyes watered, but this was nothing but relaxing. I’m really happy with my haircut, it looks and feels wonderful and everyone that’s seen it has loved it too!

I made a booking, but that was not recognised and I had to wait.
The salon was very cold.
I did not like having to listen to pop videos, although the hairdresser was clearly enjoying them.
The quality of the haircut was good.
Altogether, not an experience that I will repeat.
