Arrived for a luxury pedicure, specified lasts 1 hour 30 minutes. On arrival all seemed ok, I was situated right in the main window (facing out), in view of all passers by who stared in, made me feel exposed. The radio was blasting away loudly and there was another staff member shouting on facetime to a friend for almost 30 mins. I was the only customer,very distracting and not at all relaxing. Went in with hard skin on soles, came out with same and didn't feel like I'd had a luxury treatment!

Really pleased with my lash tint/curl and brows. Ellie was super attentive and talked me through the whole process. Excellent results so would definitely use again and recommend. So pleased to have found this little gem!

Ellie was unwell so my appointment was covered by another lady who was lovely. Booked for a luxury manicure without gels but was informed salon don’t stock any non-gel products so had to have gels on my nails- wouldn’t have chosen the salon if I had known. Pedicure was nice but didn’t involve much of a massage. Salon does not have dedicated pedicure chair/foot bath which feels less luxe. Salon floor wasn’t the cleanest with hair and other detritus around. Staff friendly but treatments just ok.
