This is an hotel that caters for people who are either leaving on or arriving from flights. You could expect it to be a little impersonal and more practical than anything else...and you would be wrong. The team were warm and friendly, the massage that I received was (really) top class and I can still feel the positive benefits of it. It would have been even better if they had a lounge / relaxation room after the treatment where a person could just continue to "chill". And still...excellent.
The therapists were great, warm and welcoming. There is a sauna and a steam room which wasn’t clear on the hotel website which was a bonus. The only downside was the treatments rooms were right next to the gym so noise was a bit of an issue. They made the most of the space they had and the treatments were amazing
I could only tick exceptional but Maxine was really knowledgeable and would rate her a 10 out of 10. Will definitely go back again when I’m at the Radisson

Great massage. Loved every minute. Felt very relaxed when finished. The staff were great and very obliging. Just a great thing to do especially when stressed.
