Claire is friendly professional and consistent in her approach. I have had two facials and bikini waxing from her , they were all excellent. I usually have gel nails with Maxine the team are all excellent. I stay regularly in this hotel (Radisson blu manchester Airport ) due to business travel and I have to say this beauty salon is the best kept secret.! There isn’t any advertising in the hotel rooms which is such a missed opportunity.
