one of the best massages i've ever had. claire was friendly and respectful would recommend for men and women. only criticism was shoulda had option to fill in the pre massage forms prior to the appointment time so could have maximised the time.

Really enjoyed the treatments however though the Spa itself was not what I would have expected from a Radisson Hotel, I have been to the only in Manchester. Small pool, too little seating, Shower cubicles had not body wash left and did not like the fact you had to go to reception to get water with only a towel on.
My sister and I had a pamper for two here and we both had the best time. We can’t wait to go again! We felt so welcomed and left super relaxed. This was the first time my sister had a massage and I loved how kind they were to her. They both took their time in explaining what would happen, checking in and ensuring we had a relaxing time. Thank you so much for making our experience so positive!
