Gulay was fantastic and so thorough. She spent lots of time explaining the process and why she was doing what she was doing. She was very precise and kept me informed throughout the process. Gulay was also incredibly kind and so personable. She made me feel like an old friend! My eye brows look fantastic - so much better than what I thought they would be. Very natural. Thank you Gulay.
