I visited Cerys a few weeks ago for a deep tissue massage, as I have sciatica in my lower back. Cerys’ communication was great - she made it clear that this wasn’t going to be comfortable at times, but that in a couple of days time, I will feel the benefit. She was totally right. About 2/3 days later I barely noticed the sciatica. During the treatment she also kept checking in with me to ensure we weren’t going too far at any point which was really reassuring.
