Macy did a lovely job on my haircut. Quick and efficient! Only 4 stars overall though because the lovely woman shampooing my hair (I say that truthfully!) accidentally got water in my eyes, and the salon itself is a bit cramped. But the ladies are so nice and I'm satisfied with my cut! Good if you need a no-BS quick trim!

I left the salon without being treated. When I arrived to the salon I was told my appointment was going to be 45m instead of the hour booked and the price was going to be an extra ÂŁ10. They said that they spoke with Treatwell about it the day before to let me know, despite the fact I never received any communication from their side. If you book a service with XÂŁ ,you need to pay that amount! Donât be a fool please, donât book with them. Literately, They have ruined my wedding weekend!!!!!

The lady looked surprised to see me, she was watching Netflix with her feet up when I walked in.
It wasn't a proper massage table, there was no hole in it for my head. Making it really uncomfortable.
The lady was not a trained masseuse; she learned her technique in a boxing ring. Halfway through I realised I had had my hand in a bin under the table, full of old hairy waxing strips.
She got oil on my shorts and all over my hair. She said " it hurts everywhere, I don't understand".
AVOID.
