I wanted highlights and she done a full head of colour which is brown and because of my previously dyed hair she didn't do the color properly so I was left with 5 patches of ifferent shades of color on my hair. They then start to mention to pay them directly rather than paying online so that their money does not get deducted. The manager was very rude and started to swear at me over the phone because I refused to pay the extra money even though my hair wasn't below shoulders.Don't book with them
