I showed up for my appointment, but no one was in the salon. After waiting outside for 20 minutes and making several calls with no answer, I had to book somewhere else.
I was later contacted and told the booking had been missed, and asked if I wanted to return, but by then I’d already made other arrangements.
To make matters worse, I then received an email from Treatwell saying I’d been marked as a “no show,” which isn’t accurate. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
