The owner was unprofessional and quite frankly rude. When she touched my hair, she said loudly 'Oh my god' in front of the whole salon. She then talked to another member of staff in another language and left. She only came back to complete the cut. The 45 minute appointment finished in 25min, with last 10min her lecturing me about dying hair at home in front of other customers and even pulling someone else's hair to show me. I left feeling upset and humiliated.

Quick and friendly service. Clearly the women are very experienced in what they do. I was really pleased with my hair
