Facial- was really good. I had deep cleansing in the past and the extraction was painful- this time it didn't hurt at all. Skin felt great afterwards. Only thing to make it 5 stars would be to give more of an explanation of the process before starting (ie first a cleanse then exfoliate then mask etc) so I knew what would happen next. I think the steaming can be a bit surprising first time so it would be good to have this explained. Overall though, really good!
Haircut was brilliant. They took time to discuss what I wanted and gave clear advice and options. Really good cut even after a few washes. My hairdresser spend a lot of time and care on my blow dry and curling too so I left feeling beautiful!
The salon also feels really safe as is is closed of from the street with tinted windows so no one can see in and is 'women only'. I will be returning

Cher and her staff were very attentive and could not do enough to make my experience a good one. I was a little apprehensive at first as the cut was shorter than I wanted. I have had so many compliments about the cut and I have been told it makes me look younger so I thank Cher for that and I definitely will be back.
