Place was cheap looking - no actual rooms for waxing just tiny cubicles put up. There was no space to leave clothes or belongings, and there were still cardboard boxes in the cubicles. The lady was nice but burnt my skin with the wax and carried on when I asked her not to and told her it was burning. At the end I was left with large patches of hair and wax still on my skin, and my skin has now blistered from the burns. Not worth the money at all.

Staff were very nice and friendly. It's very reasonable priced. I got there on time for my appointment but had to wait 20 minutes which is why I didn't give it 5/5
