Went in for a conditioner treatment and cut — shampoo was not washed out properly and hair felt dry / worse upon leaving than I did when I came in.
The cut is also not even — was not cut with my parting done first.

I had a blow-dry and was pleased with the result. The stylist is skilled and professional but be careful with the type of blow-dry that you select. I was charged an extra £10 because the stylist said my hair was thick and applied an "extra-thickness" surcharge which I wasn't expecting.
