It's good value for money. I've been to my fair share of the higher end salons for highlights and more technical services, however if you want a decent cut wash and blow, they're great value and the ladies are nice enough. :) Happy customer here. Also, knowing want you want and talking to the hairdresser helps. Have a rough idea on a page or something so she can visualise and keep it minimal and straightforward. Two thumbs up!

Towel used to cover me for massage was damp and not fresh. Very little communication before starting. Asked for a receipt which at time of writing 2 days later still hasn’t been received.

I was there for over two hours but wasn't even asked if I would like a glass of water. Pedicure was ok although the nail polish came off of some toes despite being dried under the fan for over 30min. Overall ok, I guess good value for money but not sure if would go back.

Got there 15 minutes late due to an emergency so i apologised and asked if I could still have my treatment. The lady didn’t even answer me. She looked at my face and then then clock and back at my face. She did this 3 times! Then said you have to wait 30 40 minutes.
I know I was late but I expected them to be understanding considering the circumstances and I did expect them to say ok but you can’t have 1 hour it will have to be 45 minutes. They had my mobile number but they didn’t even try to contact me but 5 minutes after my appt time just gave it to someone else. I am glad I did not let them touch my face! Would never deal with then heartless people again
