I would say that the appointment was okay, however it could have been better. It was a really good price so it was good value for money, however the cleanliness could be improved. One thing which is an immediate no no for hollywood waxing is dipping the same stick back in the wax and not using a new stick each time - which I noticed the staff did not do here and was dipping the same stick back in the pot after touching my skin.

Cher did my hair today and it looks amazing! I just showed her a picture of what I wanted it to look like, and she did an excellent job! It’s very windy today as well but the hair has stayed in place
