The person giving me the treatment didn't actually know how to, so I had to wait 10 minutes for the manager to be free to put the wax on. it was a very thin layer that I don't really think had any benefit. I then spent forty five minutes with the wax on my feet, it was supposed to be thirty. Then I had nail varnish added. My feet were put under a cold dryer for another 25 minutes while my technician gave someone an intimate wax, which I feel I should not have been able to hear them discussing from within the room. After drying she tried to wrap my feet in cling film which the nail varnish got stuck to and peeled off a bit, instead of painting over it she used her finger to pay it back down so I had part of the varnish with a very visible fingerprint. It was supposed to be a 60 minute treatment and I was there for over 2 hours. Not worth the money and not going back.
