The place wasn't entirely hygienic and it looked cheap. The nail technician blamed me for a smudge I had on my thumb when it wasn't my fault she left tissue under my hand and wouldn't give me much freedom to pick my colour. But the manicure was decent so I'm happy.

The salon needs to have a higher standard of cleanliness, as many other reviews suggest, it would make such a difference to overall impression and experience. Was also told that my exfoliating facial wasn’t suitable for me as I was under 50 years old (although doesn’t say this anywhere on the listing that it isn’t for younger people). They ended up doing a cleanse instead for me at the same price which was fair. The facial itself was quite good and especially enjoyed the massage part so hence why it has three stars.
