Absolutely fabulous! Cher, was amazing, super friendly! Everyone was. Cher also made it very clear on what happens when you get your hair chemically straightened and gave me some really good advice about taking care of my hair. 10/10 I highly recommend here if you want your hair chemically straightened! Had a Hollywood hot wax and the job was basically half done, didn’t realise until I got home and I had to by some wax strips to finish off the job! No point in going really if that’s what you have to do!

I was greeted with a friendly welcome when I arrived. The treatment room had great low mood lighting and relaxing music playing. The steam was a bit too close to my face at times and the beautician was a bit too hard on my nose, was very sore after and is a bit scabbed over.
