They were rude, the space was dirty and the wax was incredibly painful when there was no need for it to be - she took off massive chunks at a time when I know you should do smaller segments. Then tried to blame me when she couldn’t get some of the hair out. Very disappointed.

The wax was okay. Not amazing. I’ve been having Hollywood waxes for years and this wasn’t good. They poured baby oil on afterwards instead of any of the normal soothing ointments/creams. The therapist was friendly but the salon was run down, lots of scuffs on the walls, could do with some tlc. I second other comments on here that it didn’t feel overly private.
Both women I spoke to were really friendly but the overall experience and the environment itself were pretty poor. I won’t be going back
