Hi Cher Academy,thanks for the roots coloring it looks great. I get my hair done once every 6 months as a treat.I will be truthful even if it feels uncomfortable.I understand business is difficult post lockdown,telling me the price of hair colour and the details of the offer,whilst interesting,allot of complaining was uncomfortable for me after a while. I didn’t feel so welcome as a customer after that,I came to try an organic colour after a web search,I hope you have ease in your spirit.

Lovely staff but really was the worst haircut ever. Completely chopped off my hair when only asked for a trim. Used to have the thickest hair and now it’s so thin. Used a technique of cutting I’ve never seen before. I would never go back here

She did it in 10 minutes and it’s so uneven. She just freestyle hacked the whole thing so I have booked at another hairdresser to fix this mess. I’d avoid this place if you don’t want it to look like a 10 year old has had a go at cutting your hair.
