I have ombre hair from brown to blonde) and had my roots retouched. Very friendly staff especially Cher! Was offered tea and coffee which is great hospitality and furthermore was very glad when Cher advised me that it's better to blend the color onto my roots with the already existing shade rather than applying bleach on it. I would never have asked to get my roots bleached but was happy Cher still advised me on it!In other salons they really don't care and go straight for the bleach without asking and this would have really damaged my hair! I like the final end result of my hair but definitely returning to get balayage and oil treatment done just to treat myself! :)

Having been going to the salon a number of times for various treatments, i decided to treat myself for a pedicure and a manicure.
I was not happy at all with the pedicure which was done by Sharmane as the cuiticile work was not done properly, i did not feel relaxed at all, also being pregnant i was not even offered a glass of water. A pedicure which was suppose to take 45 mins actually took over and hour and i did not get a foot massage at the end of the treatment.
Next manicure, i was happy with the lady that did my manicure, but yet again the manicure felt incomplete as yet again as hand massage was not completed. i was in there longer than anticipated and not even offered a coffee, it felt like a social place where the owner, Cher, was very loud, laughing and joking, made fun of other clients and it made me and another client feel very uncomfortable.
I have awarded this salon and services no more than 3 stars as the salon was very congested with loads of stuff in one place and seating area not very presentable.
I will not be going there again for my treatments i am VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE QUALITY OF SERVICE AND CLEANIESS OF THE SALON.
They have moved to a much better location, the team was ever so friendly, one of the best head massage i have ever had, will be back!
