I have used Cher before they moved to the new building and really liked the staff and services so I this was my third time to return but unfortunately it will be my last. There was absolutely no organisation in the place. People's bookings were crossing over. But the worst part about the whole experience was the amount of children in the venue. It honestly felt like a crèche. I booked what I thought would be a relaxing manicure but it completely ruined my Saturday afternoon. At one stage there were 6 children running riot around the small area.
I also booked an eyebrow tint which was left on for 15 minutes!! Never in my life have I had eyebrow dye left on for longer than 3 minutes. I had to ask the hairdresser to find the lady as the dye was starting to burn. Rather than looking after me (her client) she had brought one/two of the children to the toilet! It was completely unprofessional. She tried to make excuses regarding the eyebrow dye but nothing excuses 15 minutes.
It's such a shame I will not return. I had previously recommended Cher to friends but I will not now. No one should book for a relaxing day in the beauticians, on their day off, to find it is a free for all crèche.

Really please with this treatment. The salon has moved and it is much nicer that the old location. Lady was very good and even tried the hot was on me so I could see the difference. Great value for money - I'll be going back.
the place looks a little dodgy from outside because of the pink sign but inside it's nice and clean. The waxing was impeccable and the rate is very convenient, so I will definitely come back!

Cher is moving salons so I couldn't really rate cleanliness or ambiance as everything was in the midst of being packed up. But what I could rate which was the staff, treatment and the value for money, I couldn't fault!
I got there early and they had me straight in for my hair wash. Catherine (I think) who washed my hair was lovely and have a great head massage! I then waited for Cher who listened to what I said I wanted, even though it made NO sense, she absolutely understand what I wanted and was quick, thorough and gave me an amazing cut and blow dry! It actually was a little shorter than I was expecting but I asked her to take off what needed to make it healthy again and she definitely didn't take off more than she needed too. She found out I had a date that night and blow dried my hair a little more special so it was ready to go!
Cher was lovely and the whole salon is super efficient like a well oiled machine. I'll definitely be going back for hair and maybe other treatments too!
