Was kept waiting for several hours and the shellac manicure was poor quality. I had to ask the woman to re-do one of the nails. I had booked in for a shellac manicure and pedicure and the manicure took so long I decided not to go ahead with the pedicure. Cher offered me a complimentary manicure but I don't think I will be returning. The service and quality of the manicure were poor.

I have been here before for a face treatment and I liked it. This time I had a manicure and I awarded it 5 stars. Very impeccable and quick. The staff is very attentive and ambience is nice
