I was a little disappointed following all the great reviews. I arrived for my appointment on time but was not seen for 40 minutes. When I eventually was seen, the beautician was quite rough, cutting the skin near my cuticle and scraping my ankle when using a pumice. She was very friendly as were all the staff in there, she just needs to be a bit more gentle.
However, the owner rang me later that day to apologise for the wait (she had to be out that day due to last minute emergency) and offered half price treatment next time as compensation. She also took on board my comments about the beautician.
I will go back as everyone was very friendly and it is very good value for money.

What a great salon. Really friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Cher was super friendly and lovely.
My eyelash tint by Cher was great and I had the best shellac manicure I've ever had by Sonya. All the filing is done by hand, not by electric filing machines which I hate and have ruined my nails in the past. Great range of shellac colours and Sonya asked at every stage if I was happy with length, shape, colour etc.
I was really very impressed and even though it's not my closest salon I will definitely be back here everytime for any treatment!
