The staff was lovely and the place was clean. However, I've had many facials over the past year almost one every two weeks. Since I have moved I could not go to my usual salon. This was very disappointing as it was relaxing it is not necessarily the reason I do them. Very nice lady though. The extraction is a very important part but she only went around my nose which is not my bigeest problem area

I really like Cher's but on this occasion my experience wasn't so great. The water wasn't working well & was often cold (not so good when it's sub zero outside) & the consultation regarding my cut was poor. I will definitely return but will be more specific as to who cuts my hair.
