I am very disappointed with the service I had this is not a first time I just wrote a email about the poor service I had a few weeks ago in this salon. I loose a lot of money in this salon.. . I had also chosen to be served by one of the beauticians and instead another served me with catastrophic results with dermatologica cleansing facial, shellac manicure and hot wax as well.
I chose a beautiful color and she used another color total different and after few hours the shellac go on. I finished done but I'm not happy with the result and I spend a lot of money for a new shellac,nobody apologised to me for the bad experience and the tone I have waisted. Therefore I request a full refund for all the services (even the wax was really bad,the girl didn't even use gloves to do it)this is the second time in this salon) I booked and i will never go again in that salon.
