I went there for a last minute hair cut to shorten my overgrown/unruly hair. I selected the appointment online, specifically choosing to be seen by Cher,as I've been seen by her before and she did a specifically stylish looking job on my hair the last time. When I turned up at the salon and mentioned Cher, the staff looked at me strangely and said that Cher was not around that day but away at one of her other salons. I.e. she was busy opening other salons so was usually hard to get hold of. I was rather disappointed and to be honest, quite taken aback at them for misleadingly advertising appointments by Cher and was told that I would have to make to with my hair being cut by another lady. Since most other salons had closed by then, I agreed. The lady who cut my hair did an ok-ish job, nothing particularly stylish or special. After 'finishing' the haircut she seemed to be in a rush to dry my hair and start applying serum without even saying a word and asking me if it was happy with the result or even showing me the result with an additional mirror at the back which other hairdressers have done in the past!! I asked her to hold fire and show me the result first and fix additional areas, to which she agreed. Overall rather disappointed in the salon for their misleading advertisement online, of the owner/head hairdresser's availability..The haircut wasn't anything special/stylish unlike the last time with Cher where she shaped it rather nicely, using the same photo as a reference. It also didn't 'settle' down well unlike the last time and looked slightly 'odd' in a week's time..

Pedicure was so bad, and when the therapist but my sandles on she messed up the paint on one of my nails and didn't fix it.... terrible experience never going back

Just had a facial and hair cut from their and I must say I'm really impressed . I live a 10 minute walk from this salon and always use to just walk past their (can't look inside as women only) but I finally went in and I was treated while by the receptionist and the beautician . I don't know any of their names but they were nice. My hair cut was really good and quick but professional. It then had my facial, I had had a facial around 2 weeks ago from Sajna in tooting but wasn't really impressed even through I have been going their for years so I thought I tried something new. The facial was really nice and relaxing. First a scrub then a mask, then the steam . The beautician spent around 25 minutes taken blackheads from my face (painful!) but I could tell I just had a facial , the only thing I will say that I would of like to know what was happening but only for my own convenience. The facial was a reasonable price cheaper then the places I had been so I was a bit weary but it was the best facial I have ever had .... I believe they have special discounts at the moment so I'll be getting more stuff done from their soon!

Really enjoyed the facial. Not a luxurious salon so if you want relaxation then you will hear noise from the salon. Great value however and really thorough, will definitely go back.
