Booked a haircut specifically with Cher, but when I got there was told it would be someone else would be cutting my hair as Cher was not in that day. Made it clear that I was not happy, surely salon could have contacted to inform or rebook for another time. The girl who was going to cut my hair had a few months experience. So just had wash and dry. Was offered a haircut FOC in future but would have to pay for wash and dry. Declined the offer needlessly to say

Sonya did a wonderful job with my shellac removal and shellac polish. Lots of colours to choose from and i always get a polish which lasts 2 weeks plus. Would definitely recommend
