Facial booking postponed as the beautician I chose was on holiday but Treatwell still let me choose her and when I went into the salon the staff didn't know I was due in for the appointment either. But usually I've always had a good experience and I didn't mind postponing until my preferred beautician is back.

Very polite and cut my hair how I wanted and also gave advice so the at the end the hair looked lovely. Was able to go away with a smile.
