No one there when I first walked in, eventually was greeted and staff were friendly, had my hair cut which was fine it seemed a little rushed and not how I'd usually have it cut but ok with the result.

Booked a haircut specifically with Cher, but when I got there was told it would be someone else would be cutting my hair as Cher was not in that day. Made it clear that I was not happy, surely salon could have contacted to inform or rebook for another time. The girl who was going to cut my hair had a few months experience. So just had wash and dry. Was offered a haircut FOC in future but would have to pay for wash and dry. Declined the offer needlessly to say
