I arrived 20 mins late due to traffic but have called in and they said: thats not a problem just come in. When I arrived I had to wait for one hour, which was annoying and this could be communicated over the phone so i could rearrange my appointment. The Lady M. however who did my facial was super friendly and done her job good.

My appointment was half an hour late which is always a bummer. The girl who did the manicure was really, really sweet, but honestly I've had better treatments in other places for cheaper. The place and staff are nice, but I wouldn't go back.

I booked an appointment and turned up on time but was made to wait about 30 mins before I was seen. It was heaving and they kept saying ‘yes’ to any walk in customers coming in despite being too full and having appointments pre-booked. After the long wait, My haircut was done in about 10 mins and then my hairdresser left me with someone else to dry and ‘wave’ my hair. She used rings and pulled so hard at my hair that I had a headache.
Unfortunately, despite the price I will not be returning as this was a very bad experience
