Really disappointed,I am a repeat customer and this time was really not good.
Firstly no knowledge of my booking,then therapist I specifically requested was not actually working but no one had let me know.I would have rescheduled if I had been alerted.
Average treatment and after only a day and a half chips on two nails.
Will rethink where I go next time as it’s one of the more expensive salons in Tooting.
