The staff were friendly but didn’t seem to know I had an appointment. The massage room was tiny and very warm so was quite claustrophobic and while the massage was ok the massage bed was squeaky and moved around with every stroke so I felt like I was on a squeaky rollercoaster - definitely not relaxing...
