I was late and the salon was very accomodating in seeing me anyway, which I was very grateful for. However, the manicure was not good. The cuticle work was very poor, the girl was very new I think. Also the nail polish was very thick and did not spread properly, all the top coats they had thickened so she had to keep taking it off and put it back on again. Shame as Cher was very helpful all the way but the girl who did my nails was not very good at all. I wish they would use their best people for Treatwell bookings too!

They were nearly an hour late for my appointment, it was half hour before I even saw a hairdresser.
The cut was ok, but my hair is pretty easy straight and just had a few inches off, my friends wasn’t quite as good as she had a fringe which is a bit dodgy
