Staff polite and friendly and welcoming. Main reason for going was for parrafin wax element. Upon inspection when I got home nails were uneven chipped and cracked around sides I had to completely file down nails to get shape back. Nail file used was very rough and used back and forth versus the appropriate one direction method. Heated container was painfully hot I was sold to dip my hands in despite saying how hot it was. Having previously had a parrafin wax manicure elsewhere I am given bag with wax in it and told to immerse hand. A generally very mediocre manicure and not worth the discounted price let alone full price as advertised by salon.
