Absolutely appalling service, facilities and treatment. A pedicure took 1h45m and was seriously sub-standard. The manager shouted at the staff across the salon and it was apparent no one really knew what they were doing. Will absolutely not be going back - total disaster

It's good value for money. I've been to my fair share of the higher end salons for highlights and more technical services, however if you want a decent cut wash and blow, they're great value and the ladies are nice enough. :) Happy customer here. Also, knowing want you want and talking to the hairdresser helps. Have a rough idea on a page or something so she can visualise and keep it minimal and straightforward. Two thumbs up!

Towel used to cover me for massage was damp and not fresh. Very little communication before starting. Asked for a receipt which at time of writing 2 days later still hasn’t been received.
