Whilst i have no complaints about my shellac pedicure, I was kept waiting for 20minutes with no explanation or apology as to the delay. Usually i always experience friendly service from Cher so this was a disappointment.

Good massage but could have used more pressure. Wasn’t asked during or before any preferences of pressure or areas to be worked on.some candles and plants could have improved ambience.
