Cancelled appts and refused to refund or tell Treatwell: I booked for an eyelash tint and a cut & blow dry at this salon. The patch test was completed (& charged for, most salons don’t charge). When I arrived for my tint/ hair appts the next day the salon was closed. It was a nightmare trying to get them to refund me. Be careful.
