I'll start with the negatives...The main salon is a little cluttered and dated and does not have a relaxing feel. the room used for massage/facial was absolutely tiny. unfortunately this meant that the therapist had to keep shoving the bed from one side of the room to another to get around it. the room also has florescent lights which were not dimmed, no candles or other relaxing elements. the music finished towards the end of my massage and was not restarted for the remaining 1hr and 15mins. You can hear the hairdryers and every conversation from the front salon.
the positives are that the actual massage technique was brilliant, as was the facial. if you are looking for physical muscle relief/deep cleansing facial then it's brilliant, but don't expect a calm relaxing atmosphere alongside it.

I had a great experience at Cher’s. It was my first time there but was impressed with reviews and they didn’t disappoint. Staff were very friendly and I was very happy with my wax. This will be my regular now.
