Loud music playing. Customers and staff shouting loudly at one another. Floor and bed in waxing room were filthy, as were the waxing pots. Bin hadn’t been emptied. They gave me a cup of tea in a filthy mug. Horrible experience

I’ve been here many times over the last couple of years. The staff are always lovely and the value is incredible.
Cher is amazing when it comes to cutting thick hair - if I ask her not to take much off the length but to reshape, she’ll do exactly that. I’m so happy with my new haircut and my other half thinks it’s lovely too!
