I had an appointment booked at 2,20pm. I arrived at the salon 10 minutes earlier and I was happy to wait since I was there before my booked time slot. The ge salon was empty a part of one girl that came last minute for an urgent manicure. As I said my appointment was booked for 2,20pm and I didn't have my treatment done before 2,50pm. I was really annoyed, specially since I went there on time and that the salon was basically empty. Also, while I was was waiting I noticed that the place is not kept clean and tidy at all. Apart of those issues the treatment was done nicely.

Lovely friendly staff. However I paid a “last minute discount” so £22 for an otherwise £38 gel mani- and it definitely wasn’t worth that. Overall nice experience.
