No privacy - my door opened out into the Salon and mid way through the treatment my therapist got up and left without explaining and a different woman came in to the room and took over. The mask used during the microdermabrasion stung my face badly and I notified the therapist who ignored this. The room was very dirty with multiple stains on the walls. The same sponges are used to cleanse clients faces - they are rinsed out and left on the sink and not properly cleaned. During my treatment my therapist took a tweezers and pulled hair from my face without asking or stating what she was doing. Very poor unprofessional service
