The salon needs to have a higher standard of cleanliness, as many other reviews suggest, it would make such a difference to overall impression and experience. Was also told that my exfoliating facial wasn’t suitable for me as I was under 50 years old (although doesn’t say this anywhere on the listing that it isn’t for younger people). They ended up doing a cleanse instead for me at the same price which was fair. The facial itself was quite good and especially enjoyed the massage part so hence why it has three stars.

My nails are chipping already! The place looked like it needed a good clean. The staff were in hysterics at a girl screaming in pain from her wax and had an argument with another customer in front of the entire store. They were good and friendly enough to me just a shame the same couldn’t be said for other customers in the store
