Mahram was Amazing, she was so friendly and welcoming. The facial offer of £35 made me think I would get a basic treatment, however the service and the quality was exceptional. I would deffo at Ely recommend it and will be back for more.

Fine and cheap for a wax - this place won’t be winning any awards for its decor or cleanliness but at the end of the day a wax is a wax. Friendly staff.

Worst wax of my life!! I cried out in pain before the wax was even removed due to the heat!! The temperature of the wax has caused burn blisters and extreme tenderness... to add to this experience the therapist just smiled not understanding what she was doing! When it came to the removal, it only got only got worse with what I can only assume is due the lack of basic training.
