Had a horrible burn that lasted for a week. I mentioned the wax was too hot and the staff member blew on the wax (which I believe is unsanitary). Place wasn’t clean and the staff were yelling over the partial wall where the waxing took place in, in order to have a conversation in an unfamiliar language.
I felt very uncomfortable there and will not be going back.

Everything overall was ok just my wash experience after the highlights was a bit painful or maybe, was just my scalp sensitive .

Although the staff were very nice and friendly, I am really unhappy with my haircut. It was very rushed and just looks like a bowl cut. I’d strongly recommend trying somewhere else.

I had my hair cut this evening and am so happy. Cher is a profession in hair cutting with 5 star customer service and attitude. she spent enough time for my hair cut to make sure I am happy with the style. I would differently back again.
