Although I had never had this treatment before I was looming forward to the experience. Unfortunately it did not live up to expectations. I felt uncomfortable as everyone around me were having conversations I was excluded from. I felt my hair looked worse when I left than when I came in and I won’t be returning!

Atmosphere created by the manager of the place and the girls working there was terrible! They all was talking about clients in their own language, didn't treat customers as customers at all and felt like being talked about and treated bad.
Also, had to wait for an hour to be able to sit in hairdressers chair, even I have arrived on time.
