I did not get the treatment that i’ve booked. There was no explanation why or which treatment I would received instead. I asked the beautician a couple of times but she did not answer. Quite disappointed as I wanted the treatment that I’ve booked which is what I paid for

Booked for microdermabrasion facial. When I got there I was told that this facial wouldn't be suitable for me as it would be the first time I'dbe having it?!
I had a regular facial which was great but not what I booked for.
Prices dramatically reduced on treatwell but appointments should be honoured according to what has been booked.
