The staff were friendly and the place was busy which gave it a good vibe. My one disgruntlement was that my therapist didn’t ask me what shape nails I wanted before she filed them and didn’t realise until after she’d done one hand so it was too late because I had got them cut short - so they are a bit more round than I would have liked. Otherwise she did a great job and my nails look good!
