I had a full head of highlights done here but was disappointed to still have visible roots when I left.
I was also surprised by the final cost of £165, including a £20 charge to wash the colour off, which I wouldn’t expect to be charged separately. I wasn’t aware this was optional.
The staff were pleasant, but unfortunately the experience wasn’t great.
